If you are looking for professional property management, rest assured that with KRPM management services you get much more than a property manager. Our online application process is user-friendly and readily available. Our website rental search provides all the tools you need, with pictures, location, etc. to save you gas and valuable time. With your needs and requirements in hand, our agents will find the right rental home for you.

KRPM approves rental applications based on verification of employment, rental history, criminal background check and debt to income ratio. Credit score is just a small factor in the decision process. Everyone who will occupy the home over the age of 18 must complete a rental application.

Rent is always due on the first of each month.

All adults 18+ must complete an individual application on our website, pay the application fee and be approved.

Most of our properties will allow up to two pets, but some do not allow pets at all. It will be noted on the property description whether or not pets are allowed. Please note that if pets are allowed there will be non-refundable deposit for each pet.

Our minimum requirements are:
Must be over 18 years old.
Each occupant 18 years and older must complete a application.
Copy of your government issued ID
Copies of your last 2 paystubs
We will review rental history, income, employment, criminal and eviction history, credit score and debt to income ratio, and payment history.
No evictions in the past 7 years.
We DO NOT lease first come, first serve. Often, we have multiple applicants, and we approve the MOST QUALIFIED group based on the criteria above.

Typically, it’s a 1-year lease. Sometimes we can allow longer or shorter leases upon request.

Any repairs or maintenance issues are to be reported through the online portal. Our goal is to promptly respond and handle any issues as they arise.

YES, it is if the rent is fully paid, and the property is returned just as it was when you moved it.

The tenant is responsible in most single-family homes, however we do have some properties where lawn care is provided by the landlord. It will be listed in your lease.

Your tenant portal is the quickest way to submit any requests. You can also attach pictures as well as videos so the maintenance team will know exactly what is going on. 

Unfortunately, no. We require an approved application and full security deposit to hold a property.
